摘要
以SnCl4·5H2O和氨水为原料、水和乙醇的混合溶液为溶剂,采用水热法制备纳米SnO2。利用粉末X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和紫外--可见吸收光谱对纳米SnO2样品进行了表征。结果表明:纳米SnO2为金红石结构,晶粒尺寸在2.8~5.3nm,平均晶粒尺寸为3.5nm,颗粒大小均匀、分散性好。进一步制备SnO2气敏元件并评价其气敏性能,发现纳米SnO2样品对乙醇蒸汽具有很高的灵敏度、很好的选择性和快速响应--恢复时间等优越的气敏特性。
SnO2nanoparticles were prepared by a hydrothermal method with SnCl4·5H2O and aqueous ammonia as raw materials,and the mixed solution of water and ethanol as a solvent.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis adsorption spectroscopy,respectively.The results indicate that the as-prepared SnO2 is a tetragonal rutile structure,the particles of final sample is well-dispersive,the crystal sizes are in the range of 2.8--5.3nm and the average crystal size is 3.5nm.In addition,the as-prepared SnO2 nanoparticles as a sensor have the superior gassensing properties,i.e.,high response,short response-recovery time and good selectivity to ethanol vapor as well.
