康复新液联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效及对患者龈沟液S100A12和乳铁蛋白水平的影响

Efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and effects on the levels of S100A12 and lactoferrin in gingival crevicular fluid

目的:研究康复新液联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及对患者龈沟液中钙结合蛋白S100A12(S100A12)及乳铁蛋白(LF)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年6月在陕西省汉中市中心医院口腔科诊治的慢性牙周炎患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用替硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用康复新液。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、随访时附着丧失程度及牙齿松动度以及治疗前、后龈沟液中白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-10、S100A12和LF水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.07%,显著高于对照组的76.79%(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组龈沟液中IL-8、S100A12和LF水平及牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失程度、牙齿松动度均显著低于治疗前及对照组,IL-10水平显著高于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复新液联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎能提高临床疗效,降低龈沟液中S100A12和LF水平。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of of Kangfuxin liquid combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and the effects on the levels of S100 A12 and lactoferrin(LF)in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods:A total of 112 chronic periodontitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and tinidazole,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,probing depth,plaque index,gingival bleeding index,degree of attachment loss and tooth mobility during follow-up as well as the levels of interleukin(IL)-8,IL-10,S100 A12 and LF in gingival crevicular fluid were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.07%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(76.79%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the paradental probing depth,plaque index,gingival bleeding index,degree of attachment loss and tooth mobility as well as the levels of IL-8,S100 A12 and LF in gingival crevicular fluid were decreased,while the IL-10 level was increased in both groups,and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with tinidazole could enhance the curative effect of chronic periodontitis,and reduce the levels of S100 A12 and LF in gingival crevicular fluid.
