LH矫治技术与直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅰ类非拔牙的临床效果对比研究

Comparison of the effects of LH orthodontic technique and straight wire technique on angle classⅠ non-extraction disease

目的:比较LH矫治技术与直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅰ类非拔牙的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年1月广西梧州市红十字会医院门诊收治的恒牙期安氏Ⅰ类错颌患者36例,按随机分组法分为直丝弓技术治疗组和LH矫治技术组,每组18例。LH矫治技术组采用0.046 cm×0.064 cm LH弓丝矫治,直丝弓技术治疗组采用传统序列弓丝矫治。比较两组患者的治疗时间、硬组织与软组织测量项目、菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)及牙周袋深度的差异。结果:与直丝弓技术治疗组比较,LH矫治技术组前牙建立正常覆牙合时间和矫正完成时间明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者硬组织、软组织测量项目及PLI、BI及牙周袋深度均较治疗前有明显改善(均P<0.05),且LH矫治技术组PLI、BI及牙周袋深度改善效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论:LH矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅰ类非拔牙的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To compare the effects of LH orthodontic technique and straight wire technique on angle classⅠnon-extraction disease.Methods:36 cases of classⅠnon-extraction patients in our hospital were enrolled,and randomly divided into LH orthodontic technique group and straight wire technique group,with 18 cases in each group.The curative effect was compared.Results:The treatment time was significantly shortened in LH orthodontic technique group,compared with straight wire technique group(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal clinical indexes in both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement was more obvious in LH orthodontic technique group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LH orthodontic technique was effective in classⅠnon-extraction disease.
