摘要
通过研究质量计划的内涵和标准化科研项目的特点,基于本人科研管理和质量管理经验,提出一种实用的标准化科研项目质量计划编制和运用方法。
By studying the connotation of quality plan and the characteristics of standardized scientific research projects,based on my own experience in scientific research management and quality management,a practical method for the preparation and application of the quality plan for standardized scientific research projects is proposed.
