摘要
通过对贵州3个县的调查研究发现,农村残疾儿童社会参与度整体水平低、个体差异大,在家庭、学校、社区以及其他社会活动中残疾儿童参与不足,这些受到自身、家庭、政府以及社会等多因素制约。要提高农村残疾儿童社会参与程度,需加快建立农村残疾儿童家庭补贴制度、农村特殊教育和康复制度,提高家长在社会参与能力方面的培育意识,提升农村公共文化对残疾儿童的包容度。
Through questionnaire survey and investigation in three counties in Guizhou Province,this paper reveals that the low overall social participation among the rural disabled children,the big individual difference and the insufficient participation in school,community and other social activities result from restraints of various factors including those children themselves,their family,the government and the society.To improve the social participation among the rural disabled children,we should accelerate the establishment of family subsidy system for rural disabled children,special education and rehabilitation system,improve parents' awareness of fostering disabled children's capabilities of social participation and expand the inclusiveness of the rural public culture to disabled children.
