精神文明建设中的语言生态问题研究

精神文明建设的实质是人的本质的建设,人的本质的建设则是在语言中得以完成的,构建良好的语言生态环境是精神文明建设的基本路径。语言构成了精神的直接现实,只有凭借语言,人们才能在实践交往中获得对现实世界的理论知识、道德评价和审美判断。对语言的本体研究,无论是语音的切分,还是语法的结构,还是语义的样式,抑或语用的情景,都能从中透视精神文明的内在价值和意义。国家有必要从语言政策、语言规划、语言规范、语言教育等语言国策层面推进语言生态环境建设,以语言生态环境的优化来推进精神文明建设事业的发展。

The essence of cultural-ethical standards improvement is the cultivation of human nature,which is completed by means of languages.Building a sound environment of language ecology is the basic path of cultural-ethical standards improvement.Languages form the direct reality of cultural-ethical standards,therefore,only with languages can people attain the theoretical knowledge,ethical evaluation and aesthetic judgment of the real world in their communicative practice.The ontology research on languages,be it sound segmentation,grammartical structure,semantic style or pragmatic context,can always disclose the intrinsic value and significance of cultural-ethical standards.This paper believes that China should promote the construction of language ecological environment at the levels of national policies such as language policy,language planning,language norms and language education,so as to raise Chinese people's cultural-ethical standards by optimizing the language ecological environment.
