摘要
我国现行公司法对少数股东的救济措施规定得很不周全,难于对少数股东的权利提供充分的保护。公司法应赋予有限责任公司的少数股东以公司解散请求权和股份收买请求权,并充实和完善股东的诉权。
The present law for businesses in China doesn't detail the relief measures for the minor stock-holders and doesn't provide full protection for the minor stock-holders.The Law for Businesses should give the minor stock-holders the request rights to ask for company dismissing and stock purchase and perfect the stock-holders'rights to complain.
