The Ideas about Quality-oriented Education in Traditional Culture of Ethnic Minorities

传统文化是我国少数民族对其成员实施早期素质教育的主要途径,本文对蕴含于少数民族传统文化中的丰富的素质教育思想进行了发掘,从少数民族先民对教育的认识、少数民族传统文化的教育观、传统素质教育的目标指向、传统素质教育的核心内容等四个方面,对我国少数民族传统文化中的素质教育思想进行了解析。

Traditional culture is the main approach by which ethnic minorities educate their people.This paper excavates the ideas about qualityoriented education in traditional culture of ethnic minorities, and makes an analysis of these ideas from four aspects: the ethnic minorities ancestors' understanding of education, the concept of education from the point view of traditional culture of ethnic minorities, the goal and the main content of traditional qualityoriented education.
