论中小企业在市场竞争中行为角色的转换

摘要 中小企业在我国经济发展中的地位和作用十分重要,但在现实中却出现了效益下降、亏损面严重、破产增多等问题。问题产生的因素很多,其中中小企业在市场竞争中面临大企业的挑战,以及在新的市场竞争中行为角色转换的滞后性和企业定位的模糊性,则是制约中小企业发展的直接性因素。本文通过对国有大企业与中小企业在经营观念、经营组织形式以及生产增长方式等方面的比较分析,以期为中小企业提供一个参考性的发展思路。 Although they play an important role in the China's economy, the small and mediumsized enterprises are confronted with such problems as the falling benefits, heavy loss, and bankruptcy. The direct reasons for these problems are the challenges faced with the small and mediumsized enterprises, and the retardance of role change in the market competition and the vague positioning of the enterprises. This paper makes a contrastive study of the managerial concept, organized systems and economic growth between stateowned largescale enterprises and the small and mediumsized enterprises so as to point out a referential developing path for the small and mediumsized enterprises.
