摘要
Qu Duan (1091 1131), the military commande r in 1129’s Fu Yan Lu (a border district in North Shannxi) in the Southern Song Dynasty, was highly esteemed of the time. He had diverged of opinion in calling the battle of Fuping into action with Zhang Jun the then Xuan Fu Shi (an envoy form the imperial court to take the governorship of a province in charge of military and civil administration). He was dismissed from the military office and put in jail being executed there; (2) The writer in this paper is in the attempt to detected the truth of the matter concerned the Fuping battle which led to the lost of Shannxi province to the Jin Dynasty, and the penalty charged on Qu Duan was unjust, a frame up fomented single handedly by zhang Jun.
