摘要
英汉两种语言在表达方式上异大于同。翻译时要充分认识到造成这一差异的各具特点的文化背景及思维方式 ,通过大量的分析比较 ,深入研究这两种语言在遣词造句方面各自的规律 。
There are great differences between English and Chinese expressions which are caused by different cultures and ways of thinking. Translation study should be based on these differences, so as to summarize the rules of idiomatic usage and to pursue some effective techniques of translation.
