On the psychological factors for the juvenile delinquencies--An analysis of some typical cases

青少年犯罪是我国当前突出的社会问题之一,未成年人犯罪心理形成的原因是多方面的,其中,家庭生活、学校教育、社会居住环境和情境不良因素的影响是未成年人犯罪心理形成的决定性客观因素,应有针对性地采取有效措施,以防止和减少未成年人形成犯罪的心理,走向犯罪。

The most salient social problem in China is the juvenile delinquencies. The reason for forming the psychological motivation of the juvenile delinquencies seems to be poly-sided. Among them, the determinative factors for forming the psychology of these delinquents include family life, school education, social living environment, and some unbeneficial elements of the individual situation. We should take some effective measures to prohibit or lessen the process of forming the criminal mind for the juveniles.
