摘要
本文采用实证分析研究方法 ,运用山西农业普查资料和“十村千户”固定跟踪观察资料 ,对山西农户人力资本积累及其对经济增长的作用进行时序与截面分析 。
The article adopts method of positive analysis,uses Shanxi agricultural general investigation data and 'Ten villages and one thousand households' fixed-follow observation data,analyzes Shanxi rural household human capital accumulation and its economic growth effect with sequential and static analyzing method,to study how to exploit rural household human capital effectively.
