农村集体建设用地流转情况的调查与思考

选取长冶地区的典型乡镇作为实例 ,分析了集体建设用地流转过程中呈现的主要特点、形式及存在的问题 ,并结合我国现行的土地管理法律、法规 ,提出集体建设用地流转应纳入土地有形市场 ,进行公开交易 。

The circulation of rural collective land for construction affects the stabilization and prosperity of agriculture and country.this paper selects the typical towns in Changzhi region as the case study,analyzes the main characteristics,forms and problems taking on during the circulation of rural collective constructive land,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the land administrative law and regulation in our country.
