大学生需求状况调查与分析

The Survey and Analysis of Requirement of College Students

通过采用UNI问卷,共随机抽取河南农业大学2000级新生642名,在学习需求、个人需求、择业需求三个维度、12个因素方面进行调查,研究结果表明大学生在这几个方面都有较高的需求,且无性别显著差异;在个别项目上需求相对较低,但个体差别较大。

The present paper adopts UNI questionnaire to give a survey in three aspects as the study requirement, individual requirement, career - chosen requirement and other 12 factors though random sampling to 642 freshman among the students of grade 2000 in Henan Agricultural University. The result of the survey suggests that college freshman have a relatively high requirement in the above aspects though not so high in some individual aspects, and it also indicates among the students surveyed no gender difference but much individual difference.
