炎性标志物在动脉粥样硬化过程中的变化及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究炎性因子C -反应蛋白 (CRP)、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )和氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (ox -LDL)在动脉粥样硬化 (AS)发病过程中的作用。方法 用维生素D3 加高脂饲料法建立大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型 ,动态观察血清炎性标志物的变化及其与动脉粥样硬化病变程度的相关性。结果  (1)与实验前比较大鼠血清中CRP水平呈进行性升高 ,在实验 8天、 16天和 2 4天之间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )第 8天血清IL - 6水平与实验前间差别无显著性意义 ;16天、 2 4天时的IL - 6水平与实验前间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ;第 2 4天时大鼠IL - 6水平是实验前的 2 6倍。 (3)血浆ox-LDL的含量在第 16天与实验前间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 (4)CRP与IL - 6之间有非常显著性相关 ,(r=0 994 ,P <0 0 0 1) ;IL - 6与ox-LDL之间有显著性相关 (r=0 912 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 CRP、IL - 6和ox -LDL水平的升高贯穿于AS发生发展的始终 ,3者之间具有明显的正相关性 ,而且与AS的形态学变化相一致。 Objective To investigate the role of inflammatory markers in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.Methods Experimental atherosclerosis model of rat was established.The levels of CRP?IL-6 and ox-LDL in serum were measured respectively.Results (1)The levels of serum CRP at 8,16 and 24 days after experiment were significantly higher than that before(P<0 001).(2)There was mo significant difference in the level of serum IL-6 between 8 days before and after experiment,compared with the level before the experiment,those after 16 days and 24 days were significantly higher(P<0 001).The levels of serum IL-6 after 24 days was 2 6 times as high as the level before the experiment.(3)The levels of plasma ox-LDL after 16 days was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P<0 05).(4)The correlativity was tested between the level changes of CRP and IL-6(r=0 994,P<0 001).The level changes of IL-6 and ox-LDL were highly correlative(r=0 912,P<0 05).Conclusion Level changes of inflammatory markers including CRP,IL-6 ox-LDL are highly correlativity and are consistent with morphological changes of atherosclerosis.
