论开展专科医生向全科医生转岗培训教育的规范管理

A discussion on standardized administration of training specialized physicians into general practitioner

本文论述了积极开展基层医院在职专科医生向全科医生转岗培训教育的必要性。针对目前转岗培训教育存在的问题 ,提出了坚持学以致用和对人民健康负责的原则 ,加强规范管理 ,正确处理若干关系 。

The necessity of training for shifting post of specialized physicians into general practitioner in foot layer hospital was discussed in this thesis.Aimed at the present problems in training,ideas such as adhering to principles of studying for the purpose of application and being responsible for people′s health,tightening up standardized management,correctly coping with many relations,adjusted training to the reality of community health service was put forward.
