摘要
目的 了解He Ne激光照射尖锐湿疣 (CA)组织后对人乳头瘤病毒 (humanpapillomavirus,HPV)载量的影响。方法 用荧光定量PCR方法检测CA组织中HPV DNA拷贝数 ,比较CO2 激光治疗CA 4周后 ,He Ne激光组与对照组HPV DNA下降平均值及各组在治疗观察前、后的HPV DNA变化情况。结果CO2 激光治疗观察 4周后 ,HPV DNA的平均下降值He Ne激光组 :(4.0 4± 1 .90 )× 1 0 5copies/mg ,对照组 :(- 1 .1 5± 8.78)× 1 0 4 copies/mg,两组比较t =1 0 .90 ,P =0 .0 0 0 1 ;治疗观察前、后HPV DNA量变化的自身对照 ,He Ne激光组 :t=1 1 .68,P =0 .0 0 0 1 ;对照组 :t=0 .72 ,P =0 .4789。He Ne激光组与对照组在治疗观察后 2周和 4周CA复发率分别为 :2 3 .33 % ,40 .0 0 % ;30 .0 0 % ,60 .0 0 %。结论 低能量的He Ne激光照射CA组织可降低其HPV载量 ,并可减少CA在CO2 激光治疗后
Objective To investigate the changes of content of human papilloma virus(HPV) in CA tissue after irradiation by He Ne laser. Methods The content of HPV DNA was determined using real time PCR and the data were compared with that collected 4 weeks after the CO 2 laser irradiation. The changes concerning the average value of HPV DNA decreased were compared between the two groups. Results The average amount of HPV DNA decreased in the tissue of CA were 4.04×10 5±1.90×10 5 copies/mg and 1.15×10 4±8.78×10 4 copies/mg, respectively in the He Ne laser group and control group four weeks after CO 2 laser treatment; ( P < 0.0001 ). The recurrence rate at 2 and 4 weeks post treatment were 23.33%,40.00% and 30.00%,60.00% respectively in He Ne laser group and control group. Conclusion Content of HPV in the CA tissue can be decreased after He Ne laser irradiation, and the recurrence rate of CA can be reduced if He Ne laser irradiation is additionally carried out following the CO 2 laser treatment.
