乙醇脱氢氨化制乙腈Cu基催化剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用浸渍法制备Cu/Al_2O_3和Cu-Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂,研究载体、CuO负载量和助剂Ni元素加入对催化剂的影响,采用XRD、BET、H_2-TPR和NH_3-TPD等对催化剂进行表征,考察反应温度、氨醇物质的量比和空速对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度295℃、氨醇物质的量比5. 5和乙醇空速0. 6 h^(-1)条件下,Cu1Ni1/Al_2O_3催化剂催化性能最佳,且运行550 h,催化活性未明显降低。 Cu/Al2O3 and Cu-Ni/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by XRD,BET,H2-TPR and NH3-TPD. The effects of carriers,CuO loading amount and addition of Ni on catalytic properties were investigated. Effects of reaction temperature,ammonia alcohol mole ratio and reaction space velocity on performance of catalyst were also studied. It was found that Cu1Ni1/Al2O3 exhibited best activity under the conditions of reaction temperature of 295 ℃,amino alcohol molar ratio of 5. 5 and ethanol space velocity of 0. 6 h-1. There was no significant loss in activity within 550 h.
