摘要
随着新能源并网建设的快速发展,厂站调度数据的自动化采集需求及其带来的安全风险日益突出。通过分析偏远地区新能源厂站信息自动化采集现状及北斗短报文通信应用现状,结合电力系统安全防护要求,提出了基于北斗电力应用的新能源厂站调度数据采集内容及安全采集方式,可利用北斗短报文实现机组、主变压器、母线、联络线等设备自动化数据的安全采集。北斗短报文可作为调度自动化数据采集中电力专网与无线公网之外的补充通信方式,满足电网调度数据采集全覆盖的需求,为经济调度提供准确可靠的数据,降低电网运行成本,提升电网的经济效益。
At present,with the rapid development of the new energy access construction,the demand for automated collection of substations’information and the security risks brought by it are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the analysis of the current status of automatic information collection of new energy substations in remote areas and the application of Beidou short message communication,and combined with the requirements of power system security protection,this paper proposes the content and method of data collection for dispatching of new energy substations based on Beidou electric power application.Beidou short message can be applied to realize the secure automatic data collection of units,main transformers,buses,lines and other equipment.Beidou short message can be used as a supplementary communication mode in data acquisition of dispatching automation,besides power private network and wireless public network,to meet the demand of full coverage of dispatching data acquisition,to provide accurate and reliable data for economic dispatching,to reduce the operation cost of power grid and to enhance the economic benefits of power grid.
