摘要
盆式绝缘子是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)中的重要部件,文中将对盆式绝缘子的裂纹检测技术进行研究。主要进行振动检测技术在盆式绝缘子裂纹缺陷检测方面的可行性研究,对独立的盆式绝缘子进行尺寸较大的径向贯穿型裂纹制造,对比进行完好和损坏状态下的盆式绝缘子振动模态实验,分析固有频率值差值以及频率图谱的变化情况,提出基于机械振动技术的盆式绝缘子裂纹故障判断方法,为机械振动检测技术的后续研究和应用推广提供了重要依据。
The basin-type insulator is an important part of the gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS). This paper will study the crack detection technology of the basin-type insulator. This paper mainly discusses the detection method of the cracking failure of the basin-type insulator,manufacture of radial run through crack with larger size for independent basin insulator,comparison of the vibration modes of the basin type insulator under the condition of intact and damaged condition,analysis of the variation of the natural frequency and frequency spectrum. Then pro-posed the method of fault diagnosis based on mechanical vibration technology. It provides an important basis for the further research and application of the vibration detection technology of basin-type insulator.
