摘要
为满足GIS间隔扩建对接安装及交接耐压试验时运行母线不停电的需求,文中介绍了一种具备双隔离断口操作,并能够确保双隔离断口中间导体有效接地的新型功能模块。文中首先比较了新功能模块与传统母线隔离开关模块的原理接线的性能特点,从壳体铸造、机械传动、内部结构以及电场分布等方面进行阐述与分析,最后提供了模块的工程应用实例。GIS备用间隔采用该模块作为母线隔离开关后,可以有效避免扩建安装以及交接耐压试验时断口击穿以致系统短路接地的风险。另外,该功能模块可大幅度降低GIS气室对接安装过程中的作业风险,大幅节省了SF6气体的充放处理时间,有效提高工作效率。
It is desirable that the busbars can continue operating without shutting down during GIS extension and withstand tests.In order to meet this requirement,a new structure has been developed in this paper.The structure has double isolating distance and a function of earthing the middle conductor connected between the double breaks effectively.The comparison between the proposed GIS structure and the conventional GIS structure with bus disconnector is made.Further,the shell manufacturing,mechanical movement patterns,the interior structure as well as the principle of contacting are involved as well.Lastly,the installation instruction of the new structure in the field is introduced.The risk of ground faults caused by the breaks breakdown in the procession of the GIS extension and the commission withstand tests can be largely avoided with the new structure installed as the disconnector of a busbar.Besides,this structure can also evidently reduce the operational risk during the joint installation of GIS chambers and save the processing time of filling and releasing SF6 gas,which aids to largely improve the working efficiency.
