资源约束应急救援多模式项目反应性调度优化 被引量:3

Reactive Scheduling Optimization for Multi-Mode Project of Emergency Rescue under Resource Constrains

摘要 基于活动工期的不确定性,研究了资源约束应急救援多模式项目反应性调度优化问题。首先界定问题,以最小化反应性计划与基准计划中各活动开始时间的加权绝对偏差之和为目标,构建优化模型;其次针对其NP-hard属性,设计了双层禁忌搜索启发式算法;最后以一个实际煤矿透水事故救援过程的求解说明研究,得到如下结论:调整时刻越靠前,调整损失越大;随救援时刻推进,调整损失总体上呈降低趋势,但因活动权重大小差异,调整损失可能局部增大;在某些调整时刻,通过合理选择活动执行模式可降低其调整损失;而在某些调整时刻,虽然调整损失发生变化,但救援总工期可能不变。本研究可为应急救援多模式项目的反应性调整提供决策支持。 Based on the uncertainty of activities duration,the reactive scheduling optimization was investigated for multi-mode project of emergency rescue based on resource constrains.The studied problem firstly was identified and the optimization model was constructed by minimizing the weighted expected sum of the absolute deviations between the baseline and the reactive activity starting times.Aiming at the NP-hardness of the problem,a two-loop tabu search heuristic algorithm was developed.Ultimately,through solving and analyzing apractical case of coal mine flooding accident,the research was illustrated and the following conclusions were drawn:The higher the adjustment time instant,the bigger the adjustment loss;Along with the advancement of the rescue time instant,the adjustment loss is gradually decreased in general,but due to the weight differences,the adjustment loss will be locally increased;For some adjustment time instant,the adjustment loss can be reduced by the reasonable selection of activity execution modes;However,for some adjustment time instant,although the adjustment loss is changed,the project makespan mayn’t be changed.Decision support for the reactive adjustment of emergency rescue project can be provided by the research.
