摘要
对锻造行业生产过程中各阶段能耗进行了分析.针对装炉过程对实际生产中不同锻坯混合装炉形式进行了建模,给出两种不同模型下的锻件装炉体积、数量最大化的优化目标。基于提出的装炉优化目标,并结合贪心法的启发进行装炉容量差最小化、装炉量最大化的装炉方法设计。最后结合实际案例对设计的算法进行验证,得出了不同情况下最大装炉利用率方案。
The energy consumption in each phase of the forging industry was analyzed.Aiming at the charging process to model the different forging billets mixing charging,two different models,namely the optimal targets of maximum volume and quantity about forgings charging,were achieved.Based on the optimization targets,the charging methods were designed to minimize furnace capacity difference and maximize loading combining with the inspiration of the greedy law.Finally,the method designed was verified with the actual cases,and the maximum furnace utilization rate under different conditions is obtained.
