摘要
研究了存在混合型消费者且需求不确定时,策略型消费者比例对单独决策时和联合决策时供应链绩效的影响。此外,还考虑了当联合决策的供应链绩效高于单独决策的时,如何实现供应链协调的问题。研究发现:对于高利润产品,联合决策的供应链绩效总是高于单独决策的。对于中等利润产品,只有当策略型消费者比例低于临界值时,联合决策的供应链绩效才高于单独决策的;反之,单独决策的供应链绩效高于联合决策的。对于低利润产品,则同时存在以上两种可能性。此外,当联合决策的供应链绩效高于单独决策的时,通过利润分享契约能够实现供应链协调,因此零售商(制造商)的最优策略是联合决策;反之,零售商(制造商)的最优策略是单独决策。
The impacts of strategic consumer ratio on supply chain performance under both independent decision(ID)and joint decision(JD)were focused on when there are hybrid consumers with uncertain demand.In addition,it was also considered how to achieve the supply chain coordination when the supply chain performance of JD is higher than that of ID.The results indicate:for high-margin products,the supply chain performance of JD is always higher than that of ID;for medium-profit products,the supply chain performance of JD is higher than that of ID only if the strategic consumer ratio is lower than the critical value,otherwise,the supply chain performance of ID is higher than that of JD;for low-margin products,the above two possibilities will occur.Again,when the supply chain performance of JD is higher than that of ID,supply chain coordination can be achieved through profit sharing contract,and thus the optimal strategy of the retailer(the manufacturer)is JD;otherwise,the optimal strategy of the retailer(the manufacturer)is ID.
