老年人购物网站首页界面感知可用性评价及预测 被引量:10

Evaluation and Prediction of the Elderly’s PerceivedUsability of Shopping Website Homepage Interface

摘要 基于主观评价量表和客观眼动测量相结合的方法对老年用户购物网站首页界面感知可用性进行评价和预测。首先,选取初始网站样本,采用聚类分析方法获取在设计要素上有很大不同的六个代表性首页界面,利用访谈和问卷调查法构建老年用户购物网站首页界面主观感知可用性评价量表;然后,进行购物网站首页界面可用性评价眼动实验,对主观感知可用性和眼动指标进行测量及结果的比较和分析;最后,利用偏最小二乘方法建立主观感知可用性与眼动指标的关系模型,并对模型进行检验。结果表明:不同购物网站首页界面的主观感知可用性具有显著差异;不同感知可用性水平首页界面对老年用户眼动指标具有显著影响;所构建的关系模型可以准确和有效地预测老年用户购物网站首页界面感知可用性。 Subjective evaluation scale and objective eye movement measurement were used combinedly to evaluate and predict the elderly’s perceived usability of shopping website homepage interface.First of all,the initial site samples were selected,cluster analysis method was used to select six representative homepage interfaces which have very different interface design elements on the front pages,and interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to construct the subjective perception usability evaluation scale of elderly’s shopping website homepage interface.Then,an eye movement experiment on the usability of the homepage interface of shopping website for elderly users was conducted,the subjective perception usability and eye movement indicators were measured,and the results were compared and analyzed.Finally,the least squares method was used to establish the relationship model between the subjective perception usability and the eye movement indexes,and to test the model.The results show that different shopping homepage interface types have significant differences in subjective perception usability.The homepage interfaces of different perceived usability level have significant influence on the eye movement indexes of elderly users.The established relationship model can accurately and effectively predict the usability of shopping website homepage interface.
