深水河桥悬臂施工线性控制方案研究

摘要 大跨度连续钢构梁施工过程比较复杂、施工环节多,若各个环节产生不必要的误差或偏差,那么随着连续梁桥悬臂段的逐渐伸长,误差或者偏差也会不断累加。如果不进行过程控制、减少误差、把控质量,将会导致大桥最终不能合拢,出现严重质量问题。本文以深水河桥建设为例,对深水河桥的连续梁悬臂施工过程开展过程监控、采样数据,并做出线性控制方案。本文对今后大跨度连续钢构梁施工工程有指导作用。 Large span continuous steel girder construction process is complex, the construction links, each link in the construction process will inevitably produce unnecessary error or deviation.With continuous construction of continuous beam bridge cantilever section and gradually elongation, error or deviation will be accumulated continuly. If it is not strictly controlled, adjusting the error, bridge will cause serious dislocation. In this paper,the Deep-water bridge as a case,in continuous beam and cantilever construction processed monitoring, sampling data, and making a linear control scheme.This paper is helpful for engineering construction of long-span continuous steel beam.
