摘要
本文根据水压机提升式进水阀的工作原理,建立了数学模型并应用计算机进行了仿真设计。通过仿真研究,获得了提升式进水阀开启过程中控制腔压力变化曲线及开启力曲线;通过改变进水阀结构参数和压机工作压力,研究得出进水阀开启力变化趋势与其结构参数、外负载之间的关系。
In this article, base on the operating principle of water press pull-up inlet valve, we simulated the mathematical model of inlet-valve on computer. By the method of simulation, get the curve of control pressure(up cavity pressure) and opening force in process of pull-up inlet valve opening. And changing the structural parameter of inlet valve and working pressure of water press, receive the relationship between pull-up inlet valve opening force changing tendency and the structural parameter of inlet valve and working pressure.
