摘要
本文应用现代TRIZ创新理论来提高激光粒度测量仪的测量精度,按照问题识别、问题解决、概念验证三大步骤对原始问题进行TRIZ的标准化,应用矛盾矩阵、TRIZ原理、分离原理、资源分析、科学效应库等工具,提取技术矛盾和物理矛盾,提出解决方案。最后使用PUGH矩阵对方案作出相应评价,为激光粒度测量仪的创新设计方向提出可靠的指引。
This paper demonstrates how to improve the accuracy of laser particle size analyzer by using modern TRIZ theory. The modern TRIZ problem solving procedures are standardized, including problem identification, problem solving, and verification. Firstly, the initial technical problem is analyzed, the technical and physical contradictions are extracted. Secondly, all the inventive tools such as contradiction matrix, TRIZ inventive principle, separation principle,resourceanalysis, scientific effects database are used to propose solutions. Finally, the PUGH matrix is used to evaluate all the solutions, finding the reliable solutions improving the accuracy of laser particle size analyzer.
