摘要 轴承零件清洁度关系着轴承运行质量,是轴承的重要考核指标。本文介绍了传统清洗轴承零件的方式,如煤油清洗、汽油清洗或喷淋清洗等,但都难以达到高度清洁的清洗水平。针对上述问题,本文介绍了一种新的清洗方法——超声波技术,阐述了其清洗原理,分析了其清洗流程和关键技术。本文思想对轴承清洗、延长使用寿命有帮助作用。 The cleanliness of bearing parts is related to the quality of the bearing. It is an important evaluation index of the bearing. In the process of bearing production, it is important to pay attention to the cleaning of bearing parts and improve the quality of cleaning. The traditional way of cleaning bearing parts is mainly using kerosene cleaning agent, gasoline cleaning agent, or spraying. It is not only difficult to achieve the requirements of cleaning, but also high cost, low efficiency, causing damage to the environment. It is necessary to find a new way to clean the bearing parts. Ultrasonic technology, as a new cleaning method, is paid more and more attention to the bearing industry. This paper mainly discusses the application of ultrasonic technology in the cleaning of bearing parts, by elaborating its cleaning mechanism, analyzing its cleaning procedure and key techniques. The idea of this paper will help a lot for bearing parts cleaning and working life extension.
