摘要
EPB盾构机又称土压平衡盾构机,目前应用十分广泛,具有结构复杂、掘进效率高等特征。结构上包括刀盘、前中尾盾、螺旋输送机、管片拼装机等多个部件。本文分析了盾构机盾体的装配工艺过程,对前盾、中盾、尾盾的部装及盾体总装过程进行了论述,特别针对关键技术和关键环节进行分析。本文对盾构机装配及使用有帮助。
EPB shield machine, also called earth pressure balance shield machine, is widely used at present.It has complicated structure and high driving efficiency characteristics. Structure includes the knife dish,in the end shield, screw conveyor and segment spell before installing, and other components. This paper analyses the shield body of shield machine assembly process, and total loading process of the former shield, shield tail of the shield are discussed, especially for analysis of key technologies and key links. In this paper, we provide help for the shield machine assembly.
