圆锥渐开线花键的加工方法探究

圆锥渐开线花键的联接是固定式刚性联接,承载力较大。本文介绍了圆锥渐开线内、外花键的一种加工方法;探讨了毂与轴的加工方式;提出并准确实现了毂与箱体之间采用动密封—浮动油封的技术方法。经过试验证明:这种加工方法使得毂与轴互换性好,提高了联接强度,应用效果令人满意。

The conical involute spline shaft and hub connection is connected to the fixed rigid connection,large bearing capacity. After a processing method of conical involute splines, this paper discusses the processing method of the hub and shaft, and puts forward the dynamic seal- floating oil seal technique is applied between the hub and shaft. The experiment proves that the hub and the shaft of this method has good compatibility, improves the rigidity of the connection strength, construction effect is satisfactory as well.
