摘要
根据白河特大桥箱梁施工实际,51#至72#箱梁施工采用移动模架施工,其所占面积小,施工效率高。本文针对MZ900S型上行式移动模架的移动过孔过程存在的问题,如行走控制环节多、安全风险大的特点,分析了过孔流程步骤,总结了过孔过程中的控制要点和关键细节。结果表明:方法保证了安全平稳的完成过孔工序,有效指导了现场MZS900型上行式移动模架过孔施工。
According to the Bai He Super Large Bridge box girder construction actual, beam construction in the box 51# to 72# with movable gantry construction and the occupied area is small, and of high construction efficiency. MZ900 S uplink movable gantry pass through process, with walking control links,the characteristics of high security risk. Through careful observation learning of holing process steps,detailed summary of the details of the hole in the process control points and the points for attention, to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the hole through procedures, can effectively guide MZ900 S uplink movable gantry pass through construction on-site.
