在我国电力系统坚持以客户需求为导向、以市场化和服务创新为指引的格局下,迫切需要基于"互联网+"思维服务电力事业发展。本文针对分布在不同专业、不同班组的低压用户、低压线路抢修业务、计量采集运维业务、低压线路巡视检修业务等业务进行整合,探讨了通过"互联网+"与APP结合的故障抢修系统应用。初步实现了低压营配业务在供电所班组进行末端融合,抢修服务互动可视,提高了运维质量和抢修效率。

In China's electric power system adhere to customer demand-oriented, market-oriented to service innovation as a guide, based on the need to 'Internet +' service thinking power industry development.In this paper, distributed in different professions, different team of low-voltage users, low-voltage line repair business, measurement acquisition operation and maintenance business, low-voltage line inspection maintenance services such as business integration, discusses the 'Internet +' APP fault repair system applications, to achieve a low-voltage power supply operations in the camp with the team for terminal fusion, repair services for interactive visualization, operation and maintenance to improve the quality and efficiency of repair.
