Technical Reconstruction on Back-washing Filter based on ABB Programming

反冲洗过滤器在使用过程中受到单片机电路板故障率高等环境因素的制约,常需作业人员进行现场干预。结合利用现有集中控制DCS操作系统,基于ABB编程实施技术改造,简化了反冲洗过滤器机旁控制电路,提高了设备可靠性,实现了远程控制,为同行厂区设备集中控制和管理打开了思路。

During the using process of back-washing filter, constrained to environmental factors just as the high failure rate of microchip circuit board, inferences from operators are often necessary in field work. Combined with existing centralized control based DCS, technical reconstruction is implemented based on ABB programming. The control circuit of back-washing filter is simplified; the reliability of devices is improved; the remote control is realized as well. The idea of this paper starts the train of thought for peer factories realizing centralized control and management.
