Potential Value and Application Exploration of LOFT in Reformation of Idle Industrial Space

城市内闲置废弃的仓库和厂房的改造和再利用亟待探索。通过分析闲置工业建筑改造的意义与面临的挑战,结合LOFT模式与闲置工业空间的有机联系,研究了LOFT模式在闲置工业空间改造中的潜在价值;并以建筑中的夹层元素为例,提出了可拆卸式LOFT夹层楼板的三种创新设计方案。分析研究表明:LOFT模式的独有特点需要保留也需要部分改造,保留原工业建筑蕴含的历史价值,改造为可拆卸式LOFT夹层楼板不仅符合现阶段提出的"绿色建筑"理念,也可满足业主的个性化需求。以上结论充分印证了LOFT模式的艺术性、经济性、可行性。

With the renew al of urban structure and the transformation of indus trial economy in China, the reform and reuse of abandoned idle warehouses and factories urgently need to be explored. Through the analysis of the significance and challenge of transformation of idle industrial buildings, associated with combination of LOFT mode and the idle industrial space, the potential value of LOFT mode in the transformation of idle industrial space is studied. Also, the construction of the sandwich element is taken as an example to put forward three kinds of innovative design of detachable LOFT clip floor. Analysis shows that the unique characteristics of LOFT mode are conducive to the reservation and retention of the historical value and cultural value of the old industrial building, and in line with the current stage of the ecological civilization construction and the 'green building' concept; removable LOFT sandwich floor can be combined with the actual characteristics of the transformation of space to meet the individual needs of the owners. The above conclusions fully confirm the artistic, economic and feasibility of the LOFT mode.
