摘要
空预器是火力发电机组的重要辅机,空预器变频启动工频运行的方式可提高锅炉整体的安全稳定水平。探讨了空预器改造设计时的注意事项,对空预器运行方式从五个方面进行了优化设计。改造后,运行可靠性大大增加,满足了电网对辅机低电压穿越能力的要求,节约了大量技改经费。
Air preheater is one of the important auxiliary power generating sets.Mode of air preheater conversion frequency starting up and work frequency running can improve the level of security and stability in the boiler.Analysis of optimization of air preheater operation mode is focused on five aspects.After such an operation,the operating reliability is greatly increased,satisfying the requirement of auxiliary device low voltage penetration of power grid,and saving a huge amount of technical transformation funds.
