600MW机组电除尘器三相高效电源改造——以山西鲁晋王曲发电厂为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着环保标准和要求的日益提高,山西鲁晋王曲发电有限责任公司2×600 MW机组电除尘器亟需改造。首先,对布袋式除尘器、电—袋复合型除尘器和三相高效电源技术开展调研,优选三相高效电源技术进行电除尘器改造。其次,设计改造方案,确定施工流程,明确技术要求,有序开展施工作业。验收结果表明:电除尘器改造后的效率、阻力、漏风率、出口烟尘浓度均符合设计保证值,且远远高于国家环保排放标准规定的指标;同时节电率高达25%~40%,社会效益和经济效益实现双赢。 Along with the increasing strictness of environmental protection requirements in relevant national standards,innovative improvement of ESP(Electrostatic Precipitator) for 2x600 MW unit in Shanxi Lujin Wangqu power plant is urgently needed.First,investigations for three techniques including bag-type precipitator,electrostatic-bag compound precipitator,and three-phase high efficiency power supply are carried out.Then,through a series of procedure including improvement scheme design,construction process determination,and technical requirement clarification,construction work is orderly launched.The results of acceptance check show that,efficiency,resistancy,leak out rate and outlet dust concentration of improved ESP all meet the requirement of certified values,and far reach the relevant emission standards.Moreover,the power saving rate is up to 25%~40%,indicating the favorable achievement of both social benefits and economic benefits.
