摘要
及时准确发现、隔离、排除牵引网线路故障,是电气化铁路牵引供电系统正常运行的重要举措。以最常见的单线直供牵引网T-R短路故障为例,基于对故障机理的分析,在Matlab/S i m u l i n k平台下建立了测控模型;同时为实现故障供电区块的准确判断,提出了故障潮流符号值的概念,并在实际案例中得以应用。应用效果表明:该测控系统能够最大限度减少瞬时故障引起的误判,在保障无故障区段正常供电的前提下,可在60 ms内完成故障隔离,满足了电气化铁路保护系统的时限要求,提升了铁路运行质量。
Discovery,isolation and exclusion of fault of traction network cable with promptness and accuracy,are crucial in normal operation of traction based power supply system for electrified railway.A case study on fault of T-R short-circuit in single-cable-direct-supply traction network is investigated through analysis of fault mechanism and establishment of measurement and control model under Matlab/Simulink platform.Meanwhile,aiming at an accurate decision of power supply block with fault,a concept of sign value of fault flow is proposed and applied in such an actual case.The application effect shows that,such a measurement and control system can minimize the misinterpretation caused by transient fault.Under the premise of normal power supply in non-fault blocks,the isolation of fault can be achieved within 60 ms,which satisfies the deadline of protection system in electrified railway,and improves the quality of railway operation.
