摘要
目前国内外针对竹皮材料各种力学性能的研究尚不充分。通过大量试验,对不同厚度和高度的单层竹皮材料和多层粘接竹皮材料的顺纹抗拉强度、抗压强度、断裂伸长率等因素展开深入探究。研究结果表明:受制作工艺制约,0.35 mm厚度的单层竹皮材料抗拉强度不佳;三层试件抗拉强度高于单层试件,且弥补了双层试件的粘接性能缺憾;通过竹筒高度参数优化,推算出竹皮材料抗压强度约为18 MPa^21 MPa。上述科学研究方法和宝贵数据结果为以竹皮材料制作的构件受力分析提供了理论力学依据。
At present,the research on the mechanical properties of bamboo skin materials is not enough at home and abroad.Through a large number of experiments,the tensile strength,compressive strength,elongation at break and other factors of the different thickness and height of the single layer of bamboo skin material and multilayer adhesive bamboo skin are deeply explored.The results show that by production process control,the 0.35 mm thickness of single layer of bamboo skin material is poor at tensile strength;three layer specimen tensile strength higher than that of single-layer specimen,and it has also made up for the double specimen adhesion defects;through optimizing the bamboo tube height parameter,we have calculated the compressive strength of bamboo skin material is about 18 MPa^21 MPa.The scientific research methods and valuable data above provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the mechanical components of bamboo.
