Resistance Reduction Construction Technology of Long Distance and Large Diameter Pipe in Rich Water Sand and Gravel Layer

摘要 目前顶管采用注浆减阻工艺,管外壁的摩阻力主要取决于注浆效果的好坏,减阻工作不到位给施工带来诸多弊端。针对富水砂砾层,对长距离大直径顶管顶进注浆减阻施工进行了分析,并对与其相关的接收井加固及洞门密封等方面加以探讨,并提出了有效方法。最终实现了在砂砾层中一次顶进贯通的成功实践,对今后类似工程起到了一定借鉴意义。 At present,pipe jacking adopts injected resistance reduction,so frictional resistance of outer tube wall mainly depends on the injection effect.Unfulfillment of resistance reduction brings out disadvantages of project.Factors in layers of rich water sand and gravel,such as jacking injection grouting resistance reduction for long distance and large diameter pipe,reinforcement of receiving well,and portal sealing are analyzed,and feasible methods are carried out.Finally,a success practice of once top through in sand layer is realized,indicating referential significance for similar projects afterwards.
