Feasibility Study on CCER Exploitation of Associated Gas Recovery and Utilization Project in Offshore Oil Field

摘要 为企业碳排放管理提出的更高要求,适应国内碳交易市场形成,中国海洋石油总公司积极参与到了温室气体减排及碳资产管理研究当中。运用国家发改委备案的温室气体自愿减排方法学,通过项目边界划定、基准线情景识别、额外性论证、减排量计算、监测方案等研究内容,评估了开发中海油海上油田伴生气回收利用项目CCER开发的可行性,为开展国内碳交易市场的规范研究提供参考。 Aiming at adapting increasing requirements brought by formation of domestic carbon trading markets for the enterprise management of carbon emissions, China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC) actively involves in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and carbon asset management. Through applications of voluntary emission reduction methodology for greenhouse gases registered in National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC), as well as researches such as project boundary delimitation, baseline scenario identification, additional demonstration, emission reduction calculation and monitoring scheme, feasibility validation of CCER exploitation through exploitation of CNOOC offshore oil field associated gas recovery and utilization project is carried out, providing references for CNOOC to better participate in domestic carbon trading markets.
