摘要
医学职业素养是医学教育的重要目标之一,为了改变国内医学职业素养教育相对薄弱的现状,北京协和医学院按照医学教育理论,明确了医学职业素养的培育目标,构建了课内与课外相结合、显性课程和隐性课程相结合、导师制榜样示范作用的职业素养培育体系,并且构建了全学程、多种考核评价相结合的职业素养考核评价体系,经过10年的实践取得了良好的效果,学生职业素养显著提高。
Inculcating medical professionalism is one of the goals of medical education. In order to change the situation of ignoring professionalism education,systematic approaches have been merged into medical education at Peking Union Medical College(PUMC). Approaches include classroom activities,out-classroom activities,dominant curriculum,hidden curriculum and role-modeling. Longitudinal professionalism assessment system has also been constructed which include multiple assessment tools. After 10 years effort,the PUMC medical students’ professionalism have been inculcated effectively.
