摘要
本文总结了首都医科大学七年制转为"5+3"一体化培养的整体转型成功案例,阐述了医学长学制改革的思路,政策平台的搭建,"5+3"一体化培养方案设计、实施进程及问题的解决,充分体现了医教协同,对全国高等医学院校七年制医学人才培养的改革具有参考及借鉴意义。
This article summarizes the successful overall transformation case that changes from seven-year program medical cultivating model into '5+3'integrated training program in Capital Medical University. It illustrates the thoughts of long-term medical education system reformation,policy platform establishment,the design of '5+3' integrated training program,process implementation and the problem solutions. It shows the medicine and medical education collaboration would be a reference and example for the reform of seven-year medical training program in nationwide medical colleges and universities.
