南通油脂厂、造纸厂的保护开发设计

CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT DESIGN OF NANTONG OIL FACTORY AND PAPER MILL

在南通唐闸工业遗迹的复兴规划中,确定规划目标是将其打造为中国当代传统手工业创意产业区。一期开发中,将油脂厂和造纸厂作为先锋示范区,对此处工业遗迹进行全面整治,以带动后续建设。在对油脂厂、造纸厂现状调研和评价的基础上,提出保护开发的对策。首先,通过置入传统手工业创意产业项目,对工业遗迹进行职能转化;其次,在保护历史空间格局的前提下,对场地进行规划,整合空间结构以及景观设计和建筑的修缮与改造。

In the rejuvenation plan of Nantong Tangzha Industrial Heritage,the planning objective is made it become a traditional handicraft creative industrial district of China. In its first stage of development, as a pioneer demonstration area,it would be conducted a comprehensive renovation of the oil factory and paper mill. Based upon the analysis of current situation of them,this paper proposed the measures for protection and development. First,by placing the function of traditional handicraft creative industry,transformating the function of industrial heritage would be transferred; Second,On the premise of the protection of historical spatial pattern,Through the integration of spatial structure and landscape design or architecture reconstruction,the site planning was finished.
