摘要
以某冷轧钢厂房为研究对象,采用模型试验的方法,搭建试验模型小室,研究了单侧自然通风条件下不同热源放置位置对热源两侧迎、背风面温度分布规律的影响,以及热源非中央放置时模型小室两侧内壁面温度和中央温度梯度的分布情况。在不受其他因素影响下,迎风侧空气温度低于背风侧;热源距离侧面墙壁较近一侧空气温度高于较远一侧。指出在热源散热量确定的情况下,合理的热源布置位置和优化的通风方案是改善强热源室内热环境的有效措施。
Based on a cold rolling workshop,using the model experiment and establishing a small heat source model chamber,this paper studied the heat source locations that influence the heat source's windward and leeward temperature distribution under unilateral natural ventilation,then studied the inside wall's temperature distribution and the center temperature gradient situation in the strong heat source chamber. Without other factors' effect,the windward side air temperature is lower than the leeward side,and the air temperature of inside wall near the heat source is higher than that of the far side. On condition that the heat dissipating capacity of the heat source is constant,a proper heat source location and an optimized ventilation project are effective measures to improve the indoor thermal environment of strong heat source.
