摘要
首钢在2010年搬迁至曹妃甸后,其工业遗产—老厂区的规划再利用问题提上日程。如何保证在结构安全可靠的前提下,通过规划改造成为绿色建筑,发展工业遗产博物馆、促进旅游、形成文化创意产业等,并与北京市的整体发展形势有机结合起来,进行探讨。
After Shougang Group moved to Caofeidian District in 2010,the protection and re-use of its left industrial heritage by scientific programming become a hot issue. It is introduced and discussed how to build industrial heritage museum,promote tourism,develop cultural and creative industries and so on by transforming Shougang's old buildings into green buildings,and thus combining with the overall development of Beijing,under the premise of structure's safety and reliability.
