“层”论在工厂社区更新改造中的应用初探

THE APPLICATION RESEARCH OF “LAYER”THEORY IN THE INDUSTRIAL COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION AND RENEWAL

将城市工业厂区与住宅区相混合的老社区作为研究对象,以兰州市灯泡厂社区为例,讨论在当今新的社会背景以及人居环境的要求下,这种已经逐渐不能适应居民新的生产生活方式的工厂——住宅区结合的老社区究竟应该走向何方。同时尝试将"层"论,这一全新的理论体系应用在整个问题的分析、归纳、回答、解决环节之中,以独特的视角和思路,提出该类城市老社区的更新改造方向,赋予其全新的功能,使其融入现代城市生活,实现复兴与再生,继而以此为据,进一步分析城市的建设发展与老社区更新间的关系,并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和思考,以此探索一条新的工业社区内工业遗产保护与开发利用相结合的旧工业社区更新模式。

Treating the old community which is combined with the city industrial factory and the residential as the research object and taking the community of Lanzhou Light Bulb Company for example,in today's new social context and at the request of living environment,this paper will discuss where the old community which can not adapt to the new living style of the residents should go. At the same time,this paper tries to apply a new theoretical system—'layer'theory into the process of analysis,deduction,answering and solving of the whole issue,with unique view and thinking,puts forward the renewal and transformation direction of the old city community and gives the new function to make it integrate into modern city and realize the revival and regeneration. Then according to which,the paper further analyses the relation between the construction of the city and the renewal of the old community and in light of these problems,proposes the new view and thinking to explore a new update model of the old industrial community with combination of industrial heritage protection and exploitation in the industrial community.
