轻质芯模混凝土叠合密肋楼板技术经济分析

摘要 为全面掌握轻质密肋楼板以及采用这种楼板的建筑结构的技术经济特点,对单块轻质密肋楼板和采用轻质密肋楼板的建筑结构的技术经济性能进行了深入分析。分析结果表明:轻质密肋楼板结构性能好、安全储备很高且具有良好的适用性;西安地区某六层普通现浇平板框架建筑,若采用轻质密肋楼板,结构总质量减小,相应地地震力减小,在与普通平板建筑结构最大层间位移角接近的情况下,其基础、框架柱、梁等的截面尺寸可以大幅减小,基础、梁、柱等结构构件的配筋量也大幅减小,结构性能有所改善;主体结构造价节约20.34%,节约钢材、模板和混凝土,建设工期将大幅缩短。 For a comprehensive grasp of lightweight ribbed floor plate and the technical and economic characteristics of the floor,it is analyzed the technical and economic performance of single block light ribbed floor and the lightweight ribbed slab structure. Analysis results show that lightweight ribbed slab structure has good performance,high security reserves and good applicability. A six-layer of ordinary cast-in-situ slab frame building in Xi'an,if the lightweight ribbed slab was used,the structure total mass decreased,the seismic force also decreased accordingly,with its maximum inter-story drift angle being close to that of an ordinary flat building,the section size of the foundation,the frame column and beam can be greatly reduced. the amount of reinforcement wass also greatly reduced. Structure performance was improved. The main structure cost had a saving of 20. 34%,steel,formwork and concrete,the construction period will be greatly shorten.
