火电厂湿法脱硫后烟囱的保温隔热性浅析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS OF CHIMNEY'S THERMAL RETARDATION AND THERMAL INSULATION USED IN HEAT POWER PLANT

摘要 结合工程实例,对现阶段火力发电厂独立式钢筋混凝土烟囱,在经历湿法脱硫、取消GGH及旁路烟道后,其保温隔热层的存在性进行了探讨,通过建模分析对比,建议独立式钢筋混凝土烟囱以及砖砌内衬钢套筒烟囱等在该工况下取消隔热层。对今后的烟囱结构设计提供了积极的参考。 Combined with project instance,this paper explored the chimney's insulating layer of heat-engine plant in which wet desulphurization is used,GGH and by-pass chimney flue are canceled. By building model and analyzing the existence of thermal insulating layer,it is suggested that the insulating layers of free-standing reinforced concrete chimney and muff chimney which has glass block inner lining in steel cylinder should be tliminated. These may be the reference of designing single tube chimneys in the future.
